Advanced Supplements do not sell products that have been used or returned.  We guarantee the quality, freshness and labelled potency of our products.

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any unused products within 30 days of your order for a full refund, less shipping costs.  We can only accept unopened items.  Please ensure that all original seals are intact.

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

 

All U.K. orders are sent by First Class Mail so the vast majority of our packages arrive the next business day.  However, delivery times depend on the efficiency of the postal service.

 

All U.S. orders are shipped by USPS priority mail (if available in your area) and normally arrive within 2/3 business days.

 

All E.U. orders are sent by Royal Mail International "Signed For".  Please be aware that a signature will be required when your package is delivered.

 

Rest of the World - orders will be despatched according to your geographic location - i.e. Asian orders will be despatched from the USA.  Orders from countries like South Africa will be despatched from the UK.  If you require special "courier services" please contact us for a quotation of shipping costs.

 

All orders are usually processed and despatched the following business day.  

 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, UK Visa Debit, Solo, JCB and Commercial Cards.

  

We have the facility to accept payment transactions in British Sterling, Euro and US Dollar currencies.

 

We also accept Personal Cheques. However, orders by personal cheque typically take an additional 7 days due to bank clearance times.  Make all cheques payable to Advanced Supplements Ltd.
